چکیده

A 77-year-old male presented to the emergency department with a 2-day history of increased swelling and pain in the left knee and distal thigh. He was unable to extend the knee without severe pain. On examination, the patient had a large pulsatile mass in the left popliteal fossa and distal thigh. Which of the following is the initial diagnostic test of choice for popliteal artery aneurysm? A.
